RETURN POLICY

In order to facilitate customers when choosing to buy products through the website: itsimaging.com , if customers feel unsatisfied with the product when viewing the website and the actual product received, we are pleased to allow customers to exchange or return the product under the following conditions:
CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Products at Flexhouse VN once sold to customers can be exchanged or returned if they meet the following conditions:
- Returned goods must be in original carton box and unused.
- Warranty seal is intact
- Product is defective from manufacturer, shipping, delivery
- Only applies to exchanging defective products, not exchanging accessories included with the product.
- In case the accessories that come with the product have technical errors, only the accessories will be exchanged.
- If the returned item is due to missing accessories, only the missing accessories can be added and the order itself cannot be returned.
In addition to the above return conditions, other reasons are not eligible for return such as wrong size, buying too many products, installation errors…
For exchange if:
- If the item is exchanged for another item of lesser value, the difference will be refunded to the customer or the customer will purchase another replacement product.
- If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer must pay the additional value.
- In case the exchanged item is out of stock, the customer can exchange for another product code of equivalent value, the difference will be applied according to clauses 1 and 2 above. In all cases, no refund will be given.
Return period: The maximum eligible return period is 07 days from the date the customer confirms receipt of the goods from the company’s delivery or a third party that is the company’s delivery partner.
