Warranty Policy

WARRANTY CONDITIONS

Products under warranty must fully meet the following conditions:

  1. The product is still within the warranty period stated on the warranty stamp at the time the customer requests product warranty.
  2. Customers can present delivery note or purchase invoice.
  3. Product damaged due to manufacturer error during normal use
  4. Warranty sticker is intact, not erased or torn.
  5. Install and use according to manufacturer’s instructions.
  6. Products are not subject to warranty denial according to the following Article IV

CASES OF WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

  1. Product is out of warranty
  2. Due to customers not using it according to the manufacturer’s instructions
  3. Due to external force, the product changes its original shape after purchase.
  4. Due to the customer disassembling or changing the structure of the product, or the product has been repaired by someone other than FlexHouse’s or the Manufacturer’s technical staff. The warranty period also ends immediately when the user is found to be using spare parts and accessories that are not from the manufacturer.
  5. Due to fire, chemicals, abnormal environmental conditions
  6. Due to natural conditions such as storms, floods, lightning strikes or earthquakes…

WARRANTY PERIOD

Depending on each product category, there are different warranty periods. Flexhouse VN products have a minimum warranty of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years depending on the product code.
